Having Issues?!
We here at Broken Crayon hate to hear that our games are having issues just as much as you, the player. With that said, we wanted to write up a quick Do-It-Yourself guide to fixing most issues, regardless of the device you are playing on (Apple, Android, Kindle, NOOK, etc). This guide will cover the important first steps that should be performed in all occurrences where troubleshooting is necessary. However, if the issue still persists after these generic troubleshooting steps have been attempted, you should continue onto the troubleshooting support guide for each respective game (Support Guides are always at the top of each game's forum... all Broken Crayon titles have a forum here: forum25.html).

BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING - ALL DEVICES
STEP 1: Restart the level. NOTE - this is not possible in all games. However, this is the best first step, as it results in the lowest risk of losing game progress.

STEP 2: Exit out and restart the program. WARNING - This step will likely result in loss of any unsaved progress.

STEP 3: Uninstall and reinstall the program. WARNING - This step will likely result in the loss of all game progress if there is not an online element requiring data to be stored on external servers. If you're not sure how to do this, the Zynga team has put together these quick helpful videos:

STEP 4: Unfortunately not all bugs experienced are game-related, and at times it is an issue with the device itself. To aid in determining that, here are some device specific troubleshooting sites:

STEP 5: Check for, and install, any game updates. If you are still experiencing a issue after the first four generic troubleshooting steps, your issue could very possibly be a bug in the game's code. It's nearly impossible to release a bug-free game, but to combat the bugs that occur after release, developers use updates.

STEP 6: Still having issues? That's no good! Your next step should then be to go to the specific support page for your game. For Broken Crayon titles, all game specific support pages can be found here

I cannot get Quibbles level 20 to load. I tried all the suggestions to fix the problem but nothing works. Any other suggestions.
